State-of-the-art diagnostics : In our practice we use the most modern diagnostic procedures to get a comprehensive picture of your individual situation. From immunological functional diagnostics to genetic examinations to the evaluation of circulating tumor cells (CTC) in the blood - our diagnostics are precise, advanced and serve as the basis for tailor-made therapy plans. Tailored therapies : Based on the results of our modern diagnostics, we develop personalized therapy plans tailored to you. Our goal is not only to treat the disease, but also to take your individual needs and living circumstances into account. We believe that a personalized approach enables the best results in complementary oncology. A central component of our innovative diagnostic procedures is CTS diagnostics (chemotherapy sensitivity diagnostics) and the therapeutic agent sensitivity test. These advanced tests allow precise assessment of sensitivity to chemotherapy and other forms of therapy. The results serve as a basis for tailored treatment that minimizes potential side effects and maximizes effectiveness. Our therapeutic sensitivity test even goes beyond traditional approaches by assessing the tolerability and effectiveness of various therapeutics. The focus is on non-toxic and immune-building approaches in order to design a therapy that not only targets the cancer cells, but also strengthens the immune system. Important : It is important to note that complementary oncology is not viewed as a replacement, but rather as a supplement to conventional cancer treatment. The decision for complementary approaches should be made in consultation with the treating physicians and taking individual health conditions into account Complementary oncology is an important addition to classic cancer therapy, especially when conventional methods are coordinated with sensitivity tests. In conjunction with innovative approaches, we strive for comprehensive support. Please note that this is not an alternative, but a useful addition to conventional cancer treatment. The decision to use complementary approaches should be made in consultation with doctors and taking individual health conditions into account Get your appointment online. Book now
- INTRAVENOUS LASER THERAPY | Genc Medical
Intravenous Laser Therapy The use of low-level lasers in medicine is becoming increasingly important, particularly for external, interstitial, intra-articular and systemic intravenous and photodynamic applications. State-of-the-art laser technologies, including highly focused "laser needles" with red, infrared, green and blue lasers, enable precise tissue heating with a variety of reparative effects. Yadigar Genc's private practice uses two innovative therapeutic approaches: intravenous laser therapy and photodynamic laser therapy. Intravenous laser therapy uses various low-power lasers (1-5 mW) via a cannula and has a variety of applications to promote health. Applications and effects of intravenous laser therapy: Red laser (energy laser®): can have an ATP-activating, circulation-promoting, cardiovascular-strengthening effect. Green laser (infla-laser®): can be particularly effective against inflammation, edema, ulcers, infectious tumors. Yellow laser (Sun laser®): can promote serotonin and vitamin D metabolism, as well as bone and connective tissue metabolism. Blue laser (immuno-laser®): can strengthen or modulate the immune system and promote wound healing. Intravenous laser therapy is widely used for various health goals, including: Harmonization of metabolism and support for a balanced metabolism. Increased performance, both physically and mentally Harmonization of the endocrine system and regulation of hormonal functions Help with menstrual problems, menstrual cycle disorders, hormonal imbalances and menopausal symptoms Increasing memory performance and mental support for the brain Pain relief for joint problems such as osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia and rheumatism Support for metabolic disorders such as diabetes mellitus, liver and kidney diseases, lipid metabolism disorders Preventive measures and therapy support for heart disease Effective pain relief for various acute and chronic ailments Some diseases and their positive effects of intravenous laser therapy: Inflammations, edema, ulcers, infectious tumors: Effect of the green laser (Infla-Laser®): Targeted control of inflammation, edema, ulcers and infectious tumors. Polyneuropathies: Versatile effects of intravenous laser therapy, especially positive effects on nerve metabolism. Allergies and intolerances: Effective treatment and relief through intravenous laser therapy. Hypertension: Support in the regulation of blood pressure through laser therapy. Tinnitus: Targeted effect of the yellow laser (Sun laser®) on serotonin and vitamin D metabolism to promote healing of tinnitus. Macular degeneration: Positive effects on eye health from intravenous laser therapy. Multiple sclerosis: Immunomodulatory effect of the blue laser (immuno-laser®) to support multiple sclerosis. Depressions: Mental support and increase in memory performance through intravenous laser therapy. Burnout Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS): Relief and increase of energy through laser therapy. Panic attacks and anxiety disorders: Calming effect of intravenous laser therapy for panic attacks and anxiety disorders. Lyme disease: Support in the treatment of Lyme disease through the versatile effects of laser therapy. These diseases experience targeted and positive influences through intravenous laser therapy, which can help alleviate their symptoms and improve the quality of life of those affected. In our exclusive practice, we combine state-of-the-art soft lasers with advanced photodynamic therapy (PDT) for individual applications to specifically promote blood circulation, anti-inflammation and immunomodulation. LLLT (low-level laser therapy) acts as a non-contact "light scalpel" in energy-intensive tissues and shows impressive results in numerous diseases. LLLT is a pleasant and painless therapy series of 10-15 sessions (2-3 times per week). Our patients describe intravenous laser therapy as beneficial and relaxing. We pay special attention to individualized treatment plans to ensure you achieve the best possible results for your well-being. Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) : Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is considered a fascinating and promising method in modern medicine and is already being used successfully in oncology and dermatology. PDT is characterized by its direct effect on tumor tissue by activating a natural dye and destroying tumor tissue without common side effects. This actively supports the immune system and enables a gentle and effective fight against cancer. How PDT works : PDT uses a two-step process to target tumors. A light-sensitive dye, also known as a photosensitizer, is introduced into the body in the first step and selectively accumulates in cancer cells. In the second phase, the tumor tissue is illuminated with targeted laser light, which activates the photosensitizer. This activation leads to a reaction that destroys the tumor tissue. An outstanding advantage of PDT is that it can be used without significant side effects. This form of therapy is one of the most promising approaches for the treatment of various cancers. Their principle is based on the stimulation of a light-sensitive substance based on natural photosensitizer. This is given intravenously into the patient's bloodstream or injected locally into the tumor. The sensitizer binds to tumor cells of any kind in the organism with high specificity. After excitation with (laser) light, these are destroyed by the formation of active oxygen radicals. The most common photosensitizers consist of porphyrin molecules or similar structures, usually derivatives of heme or chlorophyll, such as the state-of-the-art and selective chlorine E6. It is now known that classical chemotherapy drugs also act as photosensitizers and can be significantly excited by light with a specific wavelength. Therefore, chemotherapy can be successfully combined with chlorine therapy in a low, non-harmful dose. A particular advantage of this therapy compared to conventional chemotherapy is that the immune system is not burdened. On the contrary, it is strengthened by intravenous laser therapy in the follow-up treatment, with the addition of a secondary immunization effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT immunization). Why choose PDT? 1. Minor side effects: Compared to traditional cancer therapies, PDT shows remarkable protection of healthy tissue. 2. Targeted tumor destruction: PDT acts precisely on the tumor tissue and enables targeted and effective cancer destruction. 3. Immune System Support: The activation of the immune system by PDT allows the body to play an active role in fighting cancer. 4. Minimal postoperative burden: Minimally invasive PDT reduces the postoperative burden on patients and promotes faster recovery. Legal Basis for Processing Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as is the case, for example, in processing operations necessary for the supply of goods or the provision of any other service or consideration, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures, for example, in the case of inquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our company and his name, age, health insurance data, or other vital information would have to be passed on to a doctor, hospital, or other third parties. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR. Finally, processing operations could be based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This legal basis is used for processing operations that are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal grounds if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Such processing operations are particularly permissible because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. He considered that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a client/patient of the controller (Recital 47 Sentence 2 GDPR). 10. Legitimate Interests Pursued by the Controller or a Third Party If the processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest is the conduct of our business activities for the benefit of the well-being of all our employees and shareholders. 11. Duration for Which the Personal Data are Stored The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the expiration of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the initiation of a contract. 12. Legal or Contractual Provisions for the Provision of Personal Data; Necessity for the Conclusion of the Contract; Obligation of the Data Subject to Provide the Personal Data; Possible Consequences of Non-Provision We inform you that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g., tax regulations) or can also result from contractual provisions (e.g., information on the contractual partner). Occasionally, it may be necessary to conclude a contract that the data subject provides us with personal data, which must subsequently be processed by us. The data subject is, for example, obliged to provide us with personal data when our company enters into a contract with them. The non-provision of the personal data would have the consequence that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before personal data is provided by the data subject, the data subject must contact our data protection officer. Our data protection officer clarifies to the data subject whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data, and the consequences of non-provision of the personal data. 13. Existence of Automated Decision-Making As a responsible company, we refrain from automatic decision-making or profiling. 14. Cookie Policy In certain cases, so-called temporary cookies are used. These do not contain personal data and are automatically deleted when you close your web browser session.
