Yadigar Genc, an internationally renowned doctor, has been practicing since 2008 and has earned an international reputation. As one of the few tumor therapy consultants in Germany, he offers his patients tailor-made treatment concepts and works closely with various oncological institutions.

Yadigar Genc completed his university studies at the RWTH Medical Faculty Aachen and acquired extensive knowledge and certificates in various medical areas. His impressive professional career includes experience in various surgical departments, including the Hermann Josef Hospital in Erkelenz and the Marien Hospital in Euskirchen. There he deepened his knowledge in visceral surgery, laparoscopic procedures as well as tumor and endocrine surgery.

Since 2011, Yadigar Genc has focused on oncology, dendritic cell vaccination and integrative oncology in Cologne. From 2013 to 2022 he specialized in translational integrative oncology as well as oncological immune and cell therapies at the Immunological and Oncological Center in Cologne. His research commitment extended to various areas, including INPUT therapeutics research in Aachen, the Oncology Center Cologne and at renowned institutions such as the University of Frankfurt Institute of Radiology Prof. T. Vogl and the RWTH University Hospital Aachen.

As a member of medical organizations such as the German Society for Oncology and the German Cancer Society, EACR European Association for Cancer Research, Yadigar Genc demonstrates not only its professional commitment, but also its social awareness through memberships in organizations such as Doctors Without Borders and Amnesty International.

As part of his work at the Medical Center Cologne (MCC Cologne) under PD Dr. R.Gorter served Yadigar Genc as a doctor for oncological immuno- and cell therapy. His broad treatment spectrum and his diverse responsibilities are characterized by a holistic approach. He developed tailor-made therapeutic approaches, precisely determined the immunological status of his patients and successfully integrated complementary approaches into oncological treatment.
Particularly noteworthy are his applications of autologous dendritic cell vaccines, his possible uses in orthomolecular medicine and the implementation of whole-body and local hyperthermia therapies.
Genc also used innovative approaches such as specific immunotherapies and oncolytic virus therapies to target tumor cells.
His commitment extended across national borders, ensuring comprehensive advice and care for both domestic and international patients. He appeared publicly, both on television and radio, and did valuable work in press relations abroad. He also played a crucial role in establishing and managing MCC representation and support offices in various international locations.

During his time as a treating physician at the Immunological and Oncological Center in Cologne, Y. Genc deepened his expertise in the areas of integrative oncology, oncological immune and cell therapies, and oncolytic virology. His main areas of focus are integrative oncology, oncological immune and cell therapies and oncolytic virology.
Yadigar Genc also has extensive expertise in the application of state-of-the-art technologies for medical photobiomodulation, particularly in photodynamic therapy (PDT). In addition to PDT, he has advanced training and certification in laser therapy and is proficient in various laser therapy techniques for a wide range of conditions.
